On September 14, 2012 the Commissioner of Education issuedan Emergency Rule entitled “Policy and Guidelines Prohibiting Discriminationand Harassment of Students” [I.D. No. EDU-07-12-00011-E] which took effect September 15, 2012.
The Rule was published in the October 3, 2012 issue of the New York State Register.
